CT scan chest contrast showed solid cystic mass necrotic areas 1st, 2nd, 3rd segments left sized 4.8 x 8.1 6.6 cm3. As inoperable, an ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration biopsy (FNAB) conducted to diagnose lesion. concluded PPB based on FNAB cytology immunocytochemistry staining. histopathology feature appeared similar fetal tissue. Cytologic features obtained smears cell blocks followed by assay could provide proper accurate diagnosis inoperable surgical pathology case.
